2026 Community Action Grant

Submissions are now being accepted. Submissions close at 5:00PM 15 November 2026 (AEDT).

⚠️ IMPORTANT – Please Read Before You Start

Applications can be submitted throughout the year. Applications that meet the Community Action Grant criteria will be assessed at Tasmanian Community Fund Board meetings held in: February, April, June, August, October, and December 2026.

Cut-off dates for assessment at the next Board Meeting:

  • 15 January → Assessment at February Board Meeting
  • 15 March → Assessment at April Board Meeting
  • 15 May → Assessment at June Board Meeting
  • 15 July → Assessment at August Board Meeting
  • 15 September → Assessment at October Board Meeting
  • 15 November → Assessment at December Board Meeting

Before you begin:
Please read the 2026 Community Action Grant Guidelines (pdf) for information on eligibility, tips on how to complete the application. TCF Staff are also available to discuss your application, and you are encouraged to contact us to discuss your application before applying.

🧭 Navigating the Form

Use the Form Navigation menu to move between sections or click Next / Previous at the top or bottom of each page.

You can start anywhere in this form — just remember to save as you go. 

💾 Saving Your Draft

You can save and return anytime:

  1. Click Save and Close

  2. Log back in → My Submissions to reopen your draft

You can also download a PDF copy of your draft or completed form at any time.

📤 Submitting Your Application

When ready:

  1. Click Review and Submit to check for any missing info

  2. Then click Submit

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application.

Upload supporting documents as required.
Files can be up to 25MB each (recommended: under 5MB for faster upload).

👥 Working in a Team

More than one person can access the form using the same login — just ensure only one person edits at a time.
